- Physical interactions including biting can be a part of normal development of all children.
- We will aim to manage all unwanted behaviours in a sensitive, context-dependent manner and work with families to support children on an individual level.
- Instances of extreme, or persistent, adverse behaviour may lead to exclusion from the setting in the interests of the safety of other children and/or staff.
- We strongly encourage any comments or suggestions about how we may improve.
- Positive feedback is also very much appreciated – it is fantastic for staff morale to have their hard work recognised and is gratefully received
- In the event of a circumstance requiring escalation, the Key Person, Room Leader, or Manager will be happy to discuss this and attempt to resolve it with you.
- If you are unhappy with the outcome then this may be escalated to the senior company directors.
